Don’t Ignore These Common Roof Concerns

It’s easy to look the other way when you come across a common roof concern. That’s especially the case if there’s no other visible damage. However, just because you can’t see the impact doesn’t mean it’s not there.

Here are some common roof concerns that require immediate attention:

Some of these concerns are possible to diagnose from ground level. For example, if a storm tore off several shingles, you may be able to see it without a ladder. 

Conversely, there are also concerns that are more difficult to diagnose. You can’t see them from the ground, and it generally takes a professional eye to pinpoint them from up close. A skylight leak is a good example of this.
